About Me
Dr. Shahid Mahmood did his PhD in strategic human resource management and M.Phil in total quality management. His major focus in research is new constructs’ conceptualization, measurement scale development and its validation. He published more than 15 research papers in well reputed national and international journals. He attended and presented papers in both domestic and global conferences. He conducts training workshops on “Development and Validation of Measurement Scale” and “Data Analysis Techniques” such as SPSS, AMOS (SEM) and Process Macros.
