Dr. Nargis Naz from IUB attended the National Curriculum Review Committee meeting as a Botany expert at HEC Lahore

Bahawalpur (PR) Dr. Nargis Naz, Chairperson Department of Botany, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur attended the National Curriculum Review Committee meeting as Botany expert for BS and MS Botany programs at Higher Education Commission Regional Center Lahore. The purpose of this meeting was to prepare the syllabus of the above degree programs as per the local requirements and international standards as per semester guidelines of Higher Education Commission. She said that the Department of Botany of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur is continuing teaching and research at BS, MS and PhD level according to the modern curriculum of higher education. Graduated students of Botany Department are rendering excellent professional services in government and private institutions.

بہاول پور (پ ر) ڈاکٹر نرگس ناز، چیئرپرسن شعبہ باٹنی، اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور نے ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن ریجنل سنٹر لاہور میں بی ایس اور ایم ایس باٹنی پروگرامز کے لیے بطور ماہر باٹنی قومی نصابی جائزہ کمیٹی کے اجلاس میں شرکت کی۔ اس میٹنگ کا مقصد مذکورہ ڈگری پروگراموں کے نصاب کو مقامی ضروریات اور بین الاقوامی معیارات کے مطابق ہائر ایجوکیشن کمیشن کے سمسٹر گائیڈ لائنز کے مطابق تیار کرنا تھا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور کا باٹنی کا شعبہ بی ایس، ایم ایس اور پی ایچ ڈی کی سطح پر ہائر ایجوکیشن کے جدید نصاب کے مطابق تدریس و تحقیق جاری رکھے ہوئے ہے۔ شعبہ باٹنی کے فارغ التحصیل طلباء و طالبات سرکاری اور نجی اداروں میں بہترین پیشہ ورانہ خدمات سر انجام دے رہے ہیں۔
