18 February 2026: Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran presided over the eighteenth meeting of the Senate of Islamia University of Bahawalpur as per the powers delegated by the Governor Punjab and Chancellor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan.
The Islamia University of Bahawalpur was established in the year 1975 by upgrading historical institute of the Jamia Abbasia.
