11 Feb 2026: The 89th meeting of the Advanced Studies and Research of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur was held under the chairmanship of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran at Ghulam Muhammad Ghotvi Hall, Abbasia Campus. The session was attended by Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Abdul Rauf, Deans, and heads of teaching departments.
The Islamia University of Bahawalpur was established in the year 1975 by upgrading historical institute of the Jamia Abbasia.
