11 November 2025: The Department of Media and Communication Studies, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, organized a thought-provoking seminar titled “A Blend of Art, Voice and Legacy A Session with Uzma Gillani.” The event celebrated the remarkable journey of Pakistan’s legendary artist and Pride of Performance recipient, Uzma Gillani.
The Islamia University of Bahawalpur was established in the year 1975 by upgrading historical institute of the Jamia Abbasia.
