Book Launching Ceremony titled "تحریک ختمِ نبوت از ڈاکٹر بہاوءالدین" was held at Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan Library, Baghdad-ul-Jadeed Campus. This ceremony was held in collaboration with Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan Library and the Department of Quranic Studies.
The Islamia University of Bahawalpur was established in the year 1975 by upgrading historical institute of the Jamia Abbasia.
