A condolence ceremony was held in memory of the late Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shafiq Khan (former Vice Chancellor) at Ghulam Muhammad Ghotvi Hall, Abbasia Campus, on Feb 6, 2025.
The Islamia University of Bahawalpur was established in the year 1975 by upgrading historical institute of the Jamia Abbasia.
