The International Day of Forests was observed with great enthusiasm at Nursery Area of Institute of Forest Sciences, Baghdad-ul-Jadeed Campus (BJC), The Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB) to highlight the importance of forests and promote environmental conservation.
The Islamia University of Bahawalpur was established in the year 1975 by upgrading historical institute of the Jamia Abbasia.
