14 August 2025: The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, in collaboration with Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD), organized a graceful Independence Day celebration at the Old Campus. Prof. Dr. Asif Naveed Ranjha, Chairman, Department of Social Work, attended the event as Chief Guest.
The Islamia University of Bahawalpur was established in the year 1975 by upgrading historical institute of the Jamia Abbasia.
