The Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB) and Université Sultan Moulay Slimane (USMA) in Morocco have agreed to sign a five-year Memorandum of Understanding to foster international cooperation in education and research. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran, Vice Chancellor, led the IUB delegation, and USMA was led by Ms. Hafida Hanine, Vice President of USMA.
The Islamia University of Bahawalpur was established in the year 1975 by upgrading historical institute of the Jamia Abbasia.
