The Directorate of Students Affairs and IUB Debating Society celebrated the legacy of Iqbal by organizing a seminar in Bahawalnagar Campus. The seminar was attended by Director Campus Dr. Rafaqat Ali, DDSA BWN Campus Aurangzeb Wattoo, DDSA BWN Campus Dr. Misbah Akhtar, Advisors Debating Society Nafees Akhtar and Mr. Muhammad Imran and other faculty members along with a large number of students.
The Islamia University of Bahawalpur was established in the year 1975 by upgrading historical institute of the Jamia Abbasia.
