A delegation from the Islamia University of Bahawalpur participated in the 20th International Cholistan Desert Jeep Rally and Cultural Festival. Dr. Farhan Farooq, Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur, along with Mian Attique, Director Arts Council Bahawalpur, Malik Muhammad Sarfraz Nazam Awan, President BCCI, and other guests, visited IUB Stalls and presided over the closing ceremony.
The Islamia University of Bahawalpur was established in the year 1975 by upgrading historical institute of the Jamia Abbasia.
