World Antimicrobial Awareness Week was observed under the aegis of Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur. An awareness walk was organized in connection with this World AMR Awareness Week which is officially announced by WHO from November 18 to 24.
The Islamia University of Bahawalpur was established in the year 1975 by upgrading historical institute of the Jamia Abbasia.
