Ms. Iffat Umer , Consultant , Information and Culture Department, Govt of the Punjab visited Hakra Art Gallery at College of Art and Design, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. Mian Atique Ahmad, Director Arts Council Bahawalpur and other officials were also present on this occasion.
The Islamia University of Bahawalpur was established in the year 1975 by upgrading historical institute of the Jamia Abbasia.
