Respectable Prof. Dr. Cameron A. Petrie of University of Cambridge UK visited the IUB to attend the 4th International Annual Workshop on " Paradigm Shift From Archival Data to Virtual Data and Impact of Emergin Technologies on History, Archaeology and Heritage." His visit was for two days.
The Islamia University of Bahawalpur was established in the year 1975 by upgrading historical institute of the Jamia Abbasia.
