Seminar: "Iqbal's Thought and the Demands of the Modern Age: National Unity, Peace, and Countering Extremism."
An important national seminar was held at The Islamia University of Bahawalpur under the auspices of the Punjab Higher Education Commission in connection with the events of March to May 2026. The theme of the seminar was “Iqbal’s Thought and the Demands of the Modern Age: National Unity, Peace and Countering Extremism”.

The Islamia University of Bahawalpur was established in the year 1975 by upgrading historical institute of the Jamia Abbasia.
