27 October 2025: A Farmers Day seminar on the importance of iron for crops and human health was organized by the Department of Soil Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture and Environment, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, in Mouza Bhiyani, Union Council Sheikhwahan, Tehsil Khairpur Tamiwali, District Bahawalpur.
The Islamia University of Bahawalpur was established in the year 1975 by upgrading historical institute of the Jamia Abbasia.
