Talent Hunt Youth Sports League Volleyball Provincial League (Men) was held under Prime Minister's Youth Programme. This event was held at Baghdad-ul-Jadeed Campus. The Chief Guest of the event was Governor Punjab Engr Muhammad Baligh ur Rehman. Advisor to Prime Minister on Youth Affairs Shaza Fatima Khawaja and Vice Chancellor Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob were the guests of honour.
The Islamia University of Bahawalpur was established in the year 1975 by upgrading historical institute of the Jamia Abbasia.
