Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob, Vice Chancellor, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur made a courtesy call on Governor Punjab and Chancellor of the University, Chaudhary Muhammad Sarwar. Vice Chancellor briefed the Honourable Chancellor about the progress of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. Other matters discussed included the scheduling of upcoming Convocation and Senate meeting of the University. The Governor appreciated the performance of Islamia University of Bahawalpur and assured of his wholehearted support to Islamia University of Bahawalpur. In particular, the Governor advised to University to be more student-centric and employee-friendly as these ingredients were necessary for world-class universities.
