MPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR HONHAAR PHASE-3 (FINAL CALL FOR ABSENTEES)

All shortlisted (Verified) applicants of Honhaar Phase-3 who have not submitted their required documents for physical verification to the Directorate of Financial Assistance despite the schedule uploaded on IUB official website are being directed again to submit the documents required on 31.10.2025 (before 11:00 AM) (as directed in the schedule already available on IUB official website announcement section) else their application will be rejected without any further notice.

Note: In case of any query, the applicant may visit Directorate of Financial Assistance on 31.10.2025 before 11:00 AM

 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

 1. Honhaar Application Form 

2. Student (CNIC Copy / Bform) and Guardian attested ID card copy 

3. Punjab Domicile (attested copy along with original to be shown) 

4. Matric Result (attested copy along with original to be shown) 

5. Intermediate 2nd year result (attested copy along with original to be shown) 

6. Guardian Salary Slip (if applicable) 

7. Guardian Income Certificate (Affidavit) 

8. Honhaar Income Affidavit (Affidavit ) 

9. Utility Bills ( Electricity and sui gas) for last 03 months 

10. Rent Agreement (if applicable) 

11. Affidavit stating that you are not availing any other scholarship 

12. Fee Challan First Semester
