Higher Education Commission has nominated Dr. Abid Shahzad, Associate Professor, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur as Master Trainer on permanent basis. Dr. Abid Shehzad, Chairman, Department of Educational Leadership and Management and Director International Linkages trained 30 fresh PhD faculties from all over Pakistan as master trainers at the Lahore office of Higher Education Commission.
