Prof. Dr. Umer Farooq, Chairman Physiology attended 5th International Conference on Innovative Biological and Public Health Research at GC University, Lahore as an Invited Speaker. During his talk, he highlighted various innovative aspects of 'Hematological Validations' being carried out in labs of the Department at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. He also presented an overview of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur through Introductory Video. He was accompanied by two of his MPhil students who presented their innovative research work on various aspects of hematological tests which could be used as on-field, quick, and cost-effective tests. The conference participants highly lauded the innovative ideas and appreciated the field-problem-oriented research being carried out at the department of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur.

پروفیسر ڈاکٹر عمر فاروق، چیئرمین فزیالوجی نے جی سی یونیورسٹی لاہور میں 5 ویں بین الاقوامی کانفرنس برائے اینوویشن بائیولوجیکل اور پبلک ہیلتھ ریسرچ میں بطور اسپیکر شرکت کی۔ اپنی گفتگو کے دوران انہوں نے اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے شعبہ کی لیبز میں کی جانے والی ہیماتولوجیکل ویلیڈیشنز کے مختلف جدید پہلوؤں پر روشنی ڈالی۔ انہوں نے تعارفی ویڈیو کے ذریعے اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کا جائزہ بھی پیش کیا۔ ان کے ساتھ ان کے ایم فل کے دو طالب علم بھی تھے جنہوں نے ہیماتولوجیکل ٹیسٹ کے مختلف پہلوؤں پر اپنا جدید تحقیقی کام پیش کیا جنہیں میدان میں فوری اور سستے ٹیسٹ کے طور پر استعمال کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ کانفرنس کے شرکاء نے اینوویشن آئیڈیاز کو بے حد سراہا اور اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے شعبہ میں کی جانے والی فیلڈ پرابلم پر مبنی تحقیق کو سراہا۔
